This function is part of the advanced and complete functional coverage.
Getting started
The first step is to identify the amendments that are useful to you . To do this, you can use the search and filter tools. The aim is to compile a list of amendments that is relevant to you, using the tool's functionalities.
Example: Amendments tabled by the government that include the keyword "assurance".
Of course, you can also export the full list of amendments tabled at one stage.
Convert the list into an Excel document
With the Excel export function, you can extract all the content associated with an amendment, the entire list or part of the list (depending on the criteria selected) and create a spreadsheet in .xlsx format, with just one click.
→ To do this, click on the "Exporter en .xlsx" link, below under Amendments.
You will find the Excel document in the Downloads folder on your computer.
This export contains one line per amendment and the following information in the columns:
- Amendment number
- Number of corrections
- Date tabled
- Date published
- Source amendment
- Place
- Sort
- Author
- Main author's parliamentary group
- Co-signatory(ies)
- Operative part
- Summary explanation
If you export a Finance Bill, the spreadsheet will also display a column for the tasks of the main author of the amendment.
Once the Excel document has been created, you can easily access it and use it for teamwork, for example.
