Tracking by folder activates three types of e-mail alerts:
1. Activity over the past 24 hours
If there has been any activity on your file in the past 24 hours, you will receive a summary at 8am to inform you of the latest progress.
You'll find:
- the status of the text (adopted or rejected at each stage);
- details of amendments (adopted, rejected, pending); and
- details of the amendments tabled by the rapporteur or the government.
If several of your files have changed, everything is grouped together in a single e-mail.
There is no dispatch if nothing has happened.
2. Amendments in progress
With this alert, you are informed as soon as the first amendment is tabled for a new stage in the parliamentary shuttle.
It allows you to log on to Contexte to examine the amendments in real time.
3. Follow-up folder has been submitted
For certain important texts (such as the PLF and PLFSS), the Contexte teams provide you with an empty shell of the legislative file before it is submitted. By following the text before it is tabled, you will be notified as soon as it is officially published.
